According to court documents filed Tuesday, Charlie Sheen allegedly asked ex-wife Brooke Mueller to return his child support payments so he could hire an assassin. In the papers, which were obtained by TMZ, Brooke claims he offered to buy her a house if she would give him back the $20,000 he pays monthly for child support. He wants to have “untraceable cash to knock off a few people because the people I hate violently are going to get severely punished.” She says that after not seeing their sons since December 25, 2009, he invited her to bring them to his house last month and took all three to the Bahamas, where he exhibited strange behavior, including shining a flashlight in her eyes so she couldn’t see. When she asked why, he replied, “I’m untouchable! I’m Charlie Sheen! I’m more famous than Obama!” When they returned to the States, she took their sons back to her home, but while she was out on February 26, he sent someone to get them and told her by phone she would never see them again. During the conversation, he threatened to cut Brooke’s head off, put it in a box and send it to her mom, adding, “If you are having this conversation taped, then consider it done.” According to the restraining order, Charlie is no longer allowed to contact Brooke at all and must stay 100 yards away from her. His visitation with his sons has been temporarily revoked and he’s found to be in possession of a gun, or if he tries to take the children again, he will be charged with a felony. A court hearing will be held March 22 at 8:30 a.m. in Los Angeles.
