The 18-year-old Hannah Montana star, who’s dating Joshua Bowman, the co-star of her upcoming movie, So Undercover, registered a generous 42 percent of the 99,000 votes in the poll. This marks the second year she’s scored the top prize. Additionally, 30 percent of the site’s users said they’re “over her” altogether. Britney Spears managed to snag second place with 27 percent of the votes, while Kanye West placed third at 19 percent. Vanessa Hudgens was far behind with 9 percent for nude photos that were leaked online, while Shia LaBeouf only earned 3 percent in fifth place for his drunk driving arrest. According to the New York Daily News, just weeks after Miley was caught on video smoking salvia from a bong, she was photographed lifting her shirt almost to her chest in a gay club. Interestingly, Bowman, 22, is Amy Winehouse’s ex-boyfriend.
