Shia LaBeouf admits that he and co-star Megan Fox had an affair while working on the first two Transformer movies. During an in-depth interview with Details magazine, he was asked if he’d hooked up with Fox, and he nodded, saying: “Look, you’re on the set for six months, with someone who’s rooting to be attracted to you, and you’re rooting to be attracted to them. I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation. But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing, and I think you can see the chemistry onscreen.” When asked if Megan was with her longtime boyfriend (and now husband), Brian Austin Green, at the time, LaBeouf replied, “I don’t know, man. I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know. . . .” He repeated the phrase 12 times with various intonations, finally concluding, “It was what it was.” He also claims Harrison Ford privately applauded his outspokenness when Shia openly dissed their movie together, Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull, but when the interviewer went to Ford for coroboration, the veteran actor remembered it differently, saying, “I think I told him he was a f**king idiot.”
