Known for his work on the TV mini-series The Jury, crime drama Vantage Point and TIFF's 2004 Discovery Award-winning film Omagh, Pete Travis is back with the feature film Dredd 3D. The film follows Judge Dredd and his trainee Anderson, played by Karl Urban and Olivia Thirlby respectively, on a mission to save the city from reality-altering drug, SLO-MO.
Bonnie Laufer from Tribute caught up with Pete to chat about the challenges involved with making Dredd 3D, what it was like to wear the Judge Dredd helmet and how he got involved with the project.
