The Kids Are All Right Movie Synopsis

Two teenaged children conceived by artificial insemination get the notion to seek out their birth father and introduce him into the family life that their two mothers have built for them. Once the donor is found, the household will never be the same, as family ties are defined, re-defined, and then re-re-defined.

Started out decent, then just became blame Mark Ruffalo for everything..the movie falls apart by the end.

What a great movie about families; for families. It was clever, thoughtful, funny and sad. Great performances from all the cast; especially Robert DeNiro.

Was the acting superb? Absolutely, particularly from Annette Bening. Was the theme of the film timely and enlightening? Check and check. Was it a quality indie film? Yup. Was I bored stiff watching it? Oh goodness, yes. If I want to watch day-to-day life play out in all its inanity, I'll just live it instead of watching it on screen.
