What a great escape and twist on a classic fairytail. This movie will definitely be an Tannual Halloween movie in our house. The 3D is fantastic and draws you in. I was on the edge of my seat!!!

Loved it! It was suspensful, action packed and the visual effects were outstanding. This movie made for a great date night for my husband and I. The make-up was surreal and the witches were so life like, it made me spooked!!!

Gruesomely Grimm w/ a modern grwist. enjoyed plot w/ a 'don't eat bad candy from creepy predators' all who r wicked women (super ugly; no 'kind hags' here), unfortunately a bit misogynistic (the most wicked r females) & misandronistic (the stupidest r males). good thing both brother-sister duo have a 'good secret side' unknown 2 them 2 balance things off. lots of gory action but a bit blurry in IMAX 3D, contradicting strengths/weaknesses where witches r 'super' but still fall 2 basic brawl fisticuffs? black magic powers untapped, zap powers w/o wands? what gives? plus a nice yummy mini-romance thrown in. semi-funny but worth the see. 3D was 'ok'. lol
