Girlfriend causes rift between Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper

Bradley Cooper‘s new girlfriend, British model Suki Waterhouse, seems to be causing a rift in his friendship with Silver Linings Playbook co-star Jennifer Lawrence. He’s currently filming David O. Russell’s next film America Hustle with Jennifer in the Boston area. On the set of their previous film, Silver Linings Playbook, they were inseparable and developed a close friendship. Now, however, things have changed. Bradley is spending all of his free time with Suki. A source told gossip source RadarOnline, “Suki has Bradley marching to the beat of her drum. First, she clicked her fingers and he invited her to Boston, even when he was busy filming his latest movie. Then, she told him she wanted to be romanced in Paris. He immediately organized it, with no expense spared. Suki is keeping Bradley on his toes because she doesn’t want him to treat her like one of his flings – she wants far more than that.” Cooper recently revealed that he lives with his mother since the death of his father two years ago. He told Details magazine: “Let’s face it, it’s probably not easy for her, by the way, to be living with her son,” adding, “It’s not like I live in a compound and she’s in the guest house. How in the world is this considered causing a “RIFT” between the two stars?
He’s got a control freak girlfriend. This doesn’t affect there “friendship” one bit. Or is it that he lives with his mom to keep her company since his father/her husband died? Does his mom travel with him when he’s onset, because from my recollection, he’s done a LOT of movies in the past couple of years, so he most likely only stays home a month or two out of the entire year. Would make sense for his mom to “LIVE” in his empty mansion… no?

The new girlfriend is in her 20’s just like Jennifer Lawerence and sounds quite insecure to me – I think it’s a case of keep him busy so I don’t lose him to Jennifer !!.
It is wonderful that as a son he is taking care of his widowed mother….but if he’s going to be the head of his own household one day….he’s got to make his future partner understand that – in his line of work – he’s going to have female friend-relationships and jealously and manipulation have no place in a marriage – if it’s gonna work in Hollywood.
Nothing special here – a guy in a new relationship will always spend more time with his girl than with his buddies, that’s a given. And J-low, as hot as she is, is just Cooper’s buddy.

Can Suki Waterhouse like tuna. Don’t get wrapped up in the insecurities of another… life is too short from manufactured relationship drama.

If this was just some random guy you’d say he is too nice and a push over. I love that he is so good to his mom and a nice girl would treat him better than take advantage of him. She’ll push him too far at some point or someone he trusts more will open his eyes.
The control thing might become an issue since he’s so close to his mom.

The fact that Bradley Cooper lives with his mom and took care of his ailing father defies him as a better man. He understands the importance of family values. He definately would be a good father one day. In terms of this new girl Suki; I hope it isn’t serious. Jennifer Lawrence seems like the ideal girl for him; she also is close with her family.
I can’t believe anyone cares about this…….
He and Suki should run as far away as they can — that Jennifer Lawrence is scary in the extreme.
Jen needs to be a good friend and let Bradley know that he’s dating a biotch who is going to bleed him dry and then leave him.
