Avatar: An IMAX 3D Experience

  Definately one of those 'milestone' movies that left me feeling like it was money well spent. I loved the story, and the special effects were beyond amazing. I really believe this movie outdid the hype, and I can count on one hand the movies in my lifetime that have made me feel that way. Best movie experience in a long long time.

  Saw this movie on tuesday night in 3D, gonna see it again this sunday. This time, in the full IMAX 3D experience. Increadible movie!!

  i thought it was too bloody much. graphics were mediocre for this day and age. could have done a better job. not as stimulating as i wouldve thought. isnt james cameron dead. well i think his career will be after this one ends up in the dumpsters...

  It was amazing, absolutely a breakthrough in graphical technology. Fantasy lovers will love the brand new world and unique creatures and people who love romance will love the blossoming love story that exists on a primal level. Even those who are not into this genre of movie will walk away wanting more. Definately a must see.

  On the whole, AVATAR was a pleasing experience. Not sure that the 3D was a huge plus, but it was definitely worth seeing on the IMAX screen. My wife, who is not usually a 'sci-fi' fan, gave it the thumbs up. I would need to see it a second time to really give a more meaningful critique. There was really too much to take in in a single viewing
