Chris Brown at P. Diddy’s mansion in MiamiChris Brown was charged with two counts of felony assault and making criminal threats during an appearance in court yesterday following his assault on Rihanna (identified as Robyn F. in court documents —  her real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty) last month. Brown now faces a maximum of four years and eight months in prison. The following crime scene police notes, obtained by FOX, gave shocking details of what happened. Apparently, an argument that ensued after Rihanna read a three-page text message on Brown’s phone from another woman. The notes read:

“Brown then allegedly shoved Rihanna’s head against the passenger window. When Rihanna turned to face him, Brown punched her, then continued punching her while driving. Blood spattered all over Rihanna’s clothing and in the interior of the car. Her mouth was filled with blood. Brown allegedly told Rihanna, ‘I’m going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and see.’ Rihanna called her assistant and left a message saying, ‘I am on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.’ Brown then replied, ‘You just did the stupidest thing ever. I’m going to kill you.'”

Brown continued to punch Rihanna, bit her on her ear, her fingers and put her in a headlock until she almost lost consciousness. Rihanna’s relatives are unhappy that she’s been seen with her alleged attacker. “Everyone wants them to take a break,” a family member told People this week. “No one wants them back together.”

He’s going to do time. There’s no way he did all that and he’s not going to do time. I hope he enjoys the boy’s club in prison. And it won’t be the Billionaire Boys Club, either.

Oh, here it is, Max Powers. I heard also that she married him in this past week at Puff Dummies Miami mansion 🙁

You know it, Max…..this time I’m awaiting YOUR comment!!

The glass is raised, here’s to the maximum sentence!

Oh, he will probably get away with it as usual. Isn’t wife beating, drugs, guns, adultry and treating women like sex slaves all apart of this culture of artists? Rihanna is making her bed, so she will have to lay in it. Once an abuser always an abuser. At 19 he has already started it, it will never end. Hopefully she will get a clue and leave the situation, I am sure she would have no problem finding a great guy , outside that box they live in.

Wanda, EXACTLY. Even if convicted on all charges, he’ll be out in 2 yrs. max

  6. Anon • March 6, 2009 @ 9:48 AM

Hell obviously be convicted, but I dont think hell do any jail time. Maybe some community hours or have to donate to a charity. First offence; a slap on the wrist and some probation. If he gets any jail time, it will be for any misconduct in the courtroom!

  7. Nancy • March 6, 2009 @ 10:03 AM

I think he’ll go to jail but not for long, maybe 6-9 months and then have probation for a year or two.

She’s back with this scumbag? Just how hard did he slam her head against the passenger window. Someone should check her for brain damage. They deserve each other. When are Whitney and Bobby get back together?

He was already in court right before this assault for beating another woman (remember Rihanna missed the awards ceremony to be with him?), so this is clearly not his first offense … give him max jail time and maybe one of the boys in the big house will knock him down a few pegs 🙂

  10. MightyMad • March 6, 2009 @ 12:04 PM

Euh… genius. That other woman WAS Rihanna – she didn’t miss the Grammys to be with him; she missed them ‘cuz he beat the crap outta her, which is really the beginning of this saga.

… Do you, like, read newspapers backward or something?

THIS IS OJ SIMPSON & NICOLE BROWN ALL OVER AGAIN.IF SHE DON’T LEAVE HIM HE’S GOING TO KILL HER. ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. AS FOR DOING TIME,HE’S GOING TO GET A SLAP ON THE WRIST. AS ALL THESE V.I.P. GET. ALL US NON-V.I.P. WOULD STILL BE IN JAIL,KEPT IN FOR MONTHS UNTIL COURT DATE.THERE IS A LAW FOR PEOPLE WITH MONEY,ANOTHER LAW FOR PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO MONEY.

  12. JAG • March 6, 2009 @ 12:39 PM

She’s an idiot for going back to him. If he beats her again, she deserves it. Her music may be good but I have no respect for her now. How can anyone be that dumb, those kind of men don’t change. Her going back is like saying it’s OK go ahead do it again.

  13. T • March 6, 2009 @ 12:44 PM

I think that we should all just mind our own business and stay out of it. Yes, it is terrible what he allegedly did, but this is not our life to judge or comment on. Get a life people.

People choose to do want they want…she’s getting back or is back with him….it’s their problem they have family and friends to give them advice…whatever we say will not make any difference…it’s their life…just hope nothing bad will come out of this abusive relationship…it would be really sad!! the signs are all there…it’s her choice..

  15. demigod • March 6, 2009 @ 3:05 PM

T, we ARE minding our own business and staying out of it. We can’t comment? I judge you to be an idiot.

What a shame that this beautiful young girl is being taken in by this slimeball poor excuse for the opposite sex. Hopefully her family will help her through this. I just hope like the saying goes DO THE CRIME And Pay the Time will apply to him. What a toughie he is what does she weigh maybe 105 compared to his fat ass.

Everybody ! we need to learn and respect each others boundries. We need to be in relationships that uplift us, and leave ones that don,t. We need to discuss the important stuff and not sweat the small stuff. LIVE YOU,RE LIFE FOR YOU.!!!!!!!

  18. Robyn • March 6, 2009 @ 9:27 PM

    He deserves jail!

She needs to show her fans that she stands for women’s rights!.

Otherwise her career is down the tubes.

  19. Nathalie • March 7, 2009 @ 9:37 AM

Because she’s such a public figure and she is back with the scumbag, all women who are in a violent relationship will believe that staying by your man, no matter what he does, is the thing to do. We just took a giant step back. She’s very young and probably thinks this is love. Anyone who uses violence, physical or otherwise, is a user and only wants to control you.

  20. Davide • March 7, 2009 @ 3:37 PM

Rihanna being back with the woman hater is sad because she had a bright career. May she rest in peace.

  21. CL • March 7, 2009 @ 7:21 PM

It’s a known fact the women being abused always go back because they think they can change the man, save the world mentality. Next time he takes it out on her we’ll be reading her obituary. She’s a very misguided individual if she actually allows herself to get back into that siutation. Ultimately, her decision, but all the same the wrong one!!

  22. Fraydeecat • March 8, 2009 @ 11:34 AM

They should just toss the baboon in jail and leave him there and throw away his bananas so he doesn’t get ahold of her again and next time rip off her face such as the monkeys are doing these days.

  23. Peezee • March 11, 2009 @ 10:26 PM

Problem is this kind of thing sends a message to her young female fans that this kind of thing is “ok”. Why don’t we ask Nicole Brown what she thinks. Oh, that’s right…she’s DEAD!
Do yourself a favor Rihanna and maybe save your own life. Be strong and move on….

  24. Velvet • March 25, 2009 @ 11:33 PM

True love NEVER hurts. Judge not unless you too have been in a situation similar to this. Battered women’s syndrome is valid and applicable here. Whether it is happening to celebrities or common folk, psychologically it can sometimes be difficult to leave. Show Rihanna your support by writing to her fan mail address but please don’t judge her because sometimes we all forget what it was once to be 21 and in love.

Chris Brown’s behavior is barbaric and variolent. He should do jail time and get the maximum to set an example to all young/older men. However, the true victim here, Rihanna, needs love sent her way…not judgment. Peace out!
