Johnny Depp was shooting a scene for his upcoming movie, Public Enemies, when a stuntdriver lost control of his car. The 1933 Ford slipped on a patch of ice and was heading towards a group of six extras, who didn’t notice the oncoming car. Depp, who had witnessed the car sliding, sprang to action. A witness said: “Johnny slammed into the group with arms outspread, shoving them all back,” according to a British newspaper. No one was injured. Depp plays 1930s bank robber John Dillinger in the crime drama.
