It’s the last day of TIFF 2010, but there’s still time to catch some of the festival’s most buzzed-about films, and even a free screening of the People’s Choice Award winner.
Screening today are several TIFF favourites, such as Conviction (Ryerson, noon) Never Let Me Go (Visa Screening Room, 2:30pm) and 127 Hours (TIFF Bell LightBox 1, 6pm).
Also, the winner of the People’s Choice Award will be announced this afternoon at the Intercontinental Hotel, presented to the highest-rated film as voted by the TIFF audience. The People’s Choice Midnight Madness Award and People’s Choice Documentary Award will also be handed out today.
Filmgoers will also have the chance to attend a free screening of the people’s choice award winning film this evening at 6pm at the Ryerson Theatre. TIFF is also holding a free public screening of Score: A Hockey Musical tonight at 9pm at Ryerson.

During the festival, on TIFF alerts, which came to my email, I was never able to open the links eg. listen to ..... view .....
For the free screening of the People's Choice Award to be shown at Ryerson, it would have been helpful to tell us ahead of time how tickets were to be distributed, or as one Volunteer told me on Saturday, there would not be any distribution .... just line up. The method used last year seemed to work! Thank you.
