David Cronenberg Interview - A Dangerous Method

David Cronenberg always wanted to make a movie about the legendary Sigmund Freud in the fascinating era of turn of the century Europe. His film, A Dangerous Method, explores the turbulent relationship between Freud (Viggo Mortensen), his student Carl Jung (Michael Fassbender), and a disturbed patient (Keira Knightley) – a relationship Cronenberg describes as “an intellectual ménage à trois” in an interview with Bonnie Laufer of Tribute. He also talks about casting for A Dangerous Method and some of his upcoming films.
