Blood and Chocolate Movie Synopsis

Ten years ago, in the remote mountains of Colorado, a young girl watched helplessly as her family was murdered by a pack of angry men for the secret they carried in their blood. She survived by running into the woods, and changing into something the hungers could never find -- a werewolf.

Now, though 19-year-old Vivian Gandillon (Agnes Bruckner) lives in relative safety in modern-day Bucharest, she is still running. When her affections for a visiting American artist (Hugh Dancy) threaten to expose her family's secret society, she must choose between her love for an outsider and betraying the secret vows of her family.

Based on the novel by Annette Curtis Klause.

Agnes Bruckner is gorgeous, and her acting is great! I have difficulty believing anybody didn't like this film. I loved it.

Very good and very exciting

I didn't expect much from this movie, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Agnes Bruckner (as Vivian) and Hugh Darcy (as Aiden) have perfect chemistry, and both are wonderful. Bruckner is, to my eye, the most beautiful woman to grace the silver screen in some time. Even though the story is not that deep, I LOVE this film, far more than any other in this genre. I'd love to see Bruckner and Darcy back for several more sequels (and I generally HATE sequels).
