Chill Factor Movie Synopsis
One of the two credited screenwriters for this project (Carr) is also the author of the best-selling book, The Alienist.
Here we're dealing with an unstable biological weapon that'll make everyone's life extremely miserable if it happens to be exposed to a temperature exceeding 50 degrees Fahrenheit. If that isn't bad enough, we also have a terrorist with designs on the weapon and it's up to a couple of soldiers (Ulrich and Gooding) to foil his evil plans.
