Daddy And Them Movie Synopsis
In this dark comedy, an uncle (Varney) is charged with murder, and the event reverberates throughout
his poor Arkansas family, including a struggling musician (Thornton) and his wife (Dern), her mother
(Ladd), her sister (Preston), and his father (Griffith).
In my darkest hour I would not watch this movie again for any type of redemption or possibly saving my miserable life.
I thought it was entertaining. It reminded me of another Laura Dern movie, "Citizen Ruth."
