a story worth telling... a story worth the knowing. a very difficult story to tell given it is set so much 'in darkness', but there is a lot of immense endurance, risk, and constant questioning of doubts about what one can do or in fact do or not... it is quite graphic and disturbing. i happen to catch this movie later on in a 'budget' theatre where i watch primarily 'people stories' rather than special fx movies. lots of tragic losses, but at least some survived, which always makes them worth the saving... so sad if humanity never learns from its own barbarity.
