General Joshua Milton Blahyi—aka General Butt Naked—a brutal warlord who murdered thousands during Liberia's civil war, discovered Christianity in 1996 and laid down his weapons, renouncing his violent past and reinvented himself as Evangelist Joshua Milton Blahyi.
In doing so, he travels throughout Liberia, seeking those he victimized, asking for forgiveness. He also attempts to rehabilitate the former child soldiers who once fought for him.
