Laura Dern and Ben Harper's on-again, off-again relationship is now off-again. After filing for divorce almost two years ago, Dern and Harper managed to reconcile their differences a few months later in an attempt to make their marriage work. The reconciliation didn't last long, however, as it was rumored late last month that the couple had split again. TMZ has now confirmed that Laura has reactivated the divorce paperwork. She is reportedly seeking primary physical custody and joint legal custody for son Ellery Walker and daughter Jaya. She is also requesting attorneys' fees, as well as child and spousal support payments. The couple were married in December of 2005, following a five-year relationship. Laura can be seen this fall on the second season of HBO's Enlightened. ~Devin Garabedian
