It appears the trend of celebrity good deeds has not stopped with Robert Pattinson and Christian Bale! This past Thursday at a New York restaurant, actor Stephen Baldwin, 46, came to the rescue of a young woman having a seizure. Although he mainly offered support and prayers while holding the woman's hand, he did much more than the other patrons. His publicist Brad Taylor remarked, "A guy right next to us was just sipping his martini and didn't look up." Baldwin recognized the incident as an epileptic seizure after growing up with an epileptic family member, so when a loud noise came from across the room and the entire restaurant turned to see a woman convulsing violently on the floor, he knew immediately what had happened. When the woman came to after three minutes of Baldwin sitting by her side, she began asking questions like, "Where am I?" and "What happened?" Baldwin then asked if she had epilepsy and after responding "Yes," she began to cry. Nurses arrived on scene soon after, and were able to take over. ~Morgan Bates

As a mom of an epileptic son...all to often I see how there's no concern\support from others....thank you Stephen....you did all that could be done....<3
Awesome
Well that is very nice of him. Good on you S. Baldwin
As a First Aid instructor, Mr Baldwin did everything right. There is nothing you can do but clear the area and make the casualty safe til the event is over. Excellent
Yep Good job Stephen. Nothing you can really do until it passes. But at least he was there for support and kept people away. Well really they just didn't want to get involved.
