JOHN A. DAVIS

American-born Davis partnered up with Keith Alcorn to create DNA Productions, Inc in 1987. The company created 2-D and 3-D animation for a number of commercial and entertainment companies. Almost ten years later, Davis and Alcorn teamed with actor/producer/director Steve Oedekerk and his company.

Here Davis wrote and directed a number of award-winning short animated films.

In 1997 he created the 3-D animated television special, Santa vs. the Snowman. The special went on to win a Gold Award from the WorldFestHuston International Film Festival, and a Lone Star award.

Before directing his first feature, Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius (2001), he had directed a number of other animated shorts including the Emmy-nominated Olive the Other Reindeer, and AJ's Time Travelers.
