The movie had its moments, but overall it was a dissapointment. Pacino ated well, but the lack of a good script ultimately ruined the film.
Underdirected--static camera, alternating with handheld that conveyed "drama" but was still as closed-frame as handheld can be. Who re-edited the movie to truncate the post-benefit segment of the movie? Disappointing that it ended up a good deal less "smart" than apparently intended.
Not surprisingly, Al Pacino`s portrayal was excellent, but the film lacked in direction and storyline.
