Not the greatest prison movie ever made. Redford gives an awful performace. It`s way too long and, at times, it can be very boring.
I thought the movie was surprisingly good. I wasn`t expecting it. I`m gonna buy it.
I thought it was a totally ludicrous plot. What started off as a believable and interesting story soon turned a the most ridiculous and unbelievable turn of events. A prison rebellion is one thing, but the prisoners coming up with the weapons they did was totally off the wall. Had this been a comedy, it might have made more sense.

Great movie! Finally a good one without all the special effects. Held together by a good plot and great acting.
I thought that the movie was one of the best movies i have ever mostly because the story was good and the action was amazing. I would probably have to call this movie the movie of the year
