Mathieu Roy and Harold Crooks stopped by the Tribute lounge at the Toronto International Film Festival to talk to Ola Sturik about their documentary Surviving Progress, which was inspired by Ronald Wright’s non-fiction book A Short History of Progress.
The directing duo talk to Tribute about the ways in which history is repeating itself, and why this isn’t your typical “eco catastrophe” film.
