Three gay friends in their thirties who live in San Francisco are each at a different point in their lives. Patrick (Jonathan Groff), 29, is a video game designer who is back on the dating scene after his ex gets engaged; Agustin (Frankie J. Alvarez), 31, realizes he's questioning monogamy after he and his boyfriend move in together; while waiter Dom (Murray Bartlett), 39, is getting close to middle age but still has dreams he hasn't fulfilled.
