After growing up in small town Canada, Tori Foster decides to travel her country journeying across all ten provinces, to talk with 20 women about what it’s like being queer where they live.
Each of the women she meets, ranging from age 17 to 30, from bisexual to transgender, has a unique perspective on all things queer -- stereotypes, hairstyles, gender mishaps, and community life, to name a few.
Shot and edited entirely on her own, the project is a journey of both self discovery and an intimate exploration of Canada’s queer female communities, which are separated by the nation’s vast geography.**** WINNER - BEST CANADIAN FEATURE Inside Out, Toronto's Lesbian and Gay Film and Video Festival.
