Retired wrestler Paul Wight, a.k.a. Big Show, plays himself in this show about a retired wrestler who lives with his real estate agent wife, Cassy (Allison Munn) and their two young daughters, Mandy (Lily Brooks O'Briant) and J.J. (Juliet Donenfeld). His teenage daughter from another marriage, Lola (Reylynn Caster), decides to move to California to live with them. An avid hockey player, she discovers the local high school doesn't have a girls' hockey team, so she tries out for the boys' team.

Meanwhile, Big Show and Cassy have their hands full with Mandy, a diva who wants to run for school president against opponent Taylor Swift (Dallas Young); and little J.J., a hyperactive "evil" genius who's always full of schemes.
