The TV Fest is a short film festival showcasing award winning submissions from around the globe, including a selection of films produced by local Okanagan talent. The festival runs September 15-17th with *free* admission! This screening will be limited to ages 19+ due to liquor licensing requirements.

BLACK DRAGON (RỒNG ĐEN) directed by Alexander Thompson (USA) - Vietnam, 1968. A feared American colonel nicknamed Black Dragon by Vietnamese locals must face his inner shadow when his platoon presents him with a captured Vietcong girl who harbors some very unusual powers. 15 MINS

THE TRUNK directed by Travis Laidlaw (Canada) - A father and daughter find a chained up old chest hidden in the woods. They bring it home with plans to sell its contents, but quickly discover that what's inside was locked up for a reason. 14 MINS

The only part they aren't crazy about is the little square doorway in the bathroom that leads to a cavernous attic.When a former tenant shows up and asks for a tour, things start to get really strange. 2O MINS

TRANSYLVANIE directed by Rodrigue Huart (France) - Ewa, an odd, lonely child, is convinced she’s a vampire. Fascinated by Hugo, 15, she dreams of turning him into a vampire too.
