Game of Thrones: The Complete Series, $200, featuring all eight seasons plus bonus features, was released on Blu-ray and DVD earlier this week. Based on the best-selling novel series by George R.R. Martin, Game of Thrones holds the record as the most awarded series in television history, earning a total of 161 Emmy nominations and 59 wins to date. The show stands as HBO’s most-viewed program ever, with the final season averaging a record-setting 44 million viewers in the U.S.

So many great characters on this show. I liked Cersei Lannister the best. I found her character to be quite complex and enjoyed seeing how she became so hateful. And Lena Headey did a fabulous acting job with this character.

So hard to pic. So many great characters and all very well acted. I will go with Tyrion Lannister. He was the most relate able in the real world, someone I would want to be friends with. I loved his wit and his attempt to do good despite the obstacles put in front of him. He owned his mistakes and spoke his truth. He was imperfect but a decent person overall. His heart was in the right place.
My favorite is Arya Stark she is such a strong character throughout the series! sneeky too!

My favourite is easily Tyrion, because he prefers to use brain over brawn. The Battle of the Blackwater wouldn’t have been won without his sophisticated planning. I just don’t like what was done to his character in the final season.

The Hound, he truly was that grey area of humanity that GoT showed so well. By the end he was such a good in depth character. I felt so bad for the abuse he had suffered. He tried so hard to help Arya.
The Hound has always been my favourite. He has that kindness, the really true kind, but paired with his empathy, makes him a truly genuine character. I loved his interactions with the Stark girls. Thanks for the awesome giveaway opportunity.

That’s a tough one … I had read all the (published to date) books before the tv series went to air and although I was hypnotized by the life events of Danny and the injustice and sorrow of Jon Snow, it was the biting wit and the keen intellect of Tyrion that stole my heart!

Tyrion Lannister. Peter Dinklage is a real scene stealer.His character is quite often the smartest man in the room.And of course kudos and praise go to all the beautiful actresses,many of whom are devestating,fascinating femme fatales.
Theon Greyjoy. I legit cried (and my spirit died a thousand deaths) when he thought he had been freed but had instead been led back to his own torture chamber. How traumatic, even as a viewer! He didn’t start out as a particularly great character but he really grew on my over the course of the many seasons.
