In its second weekend, Bee Movie took the top spot from last week’s top release, American Gangster, earning $26 million (all figures US), while Gangster took in an additional $24.3 million. The new family film Fred Claus starring Vince Vaughn debuted in third with 19.2 million, despite box office forecasters predicting it would take the top spot. Another new release, Lions for Lambs, opened in fourth place, grossing $6.7 million. Dan in Real Life rounded out the top five, dropping one spot from fourth, taking in $5.9 million.
Hmmmm Haven’t seen Bees yet but I have to admit Bees didn’t live up to billing. Even though it has the all time best one liner in movie history I expected more from Seinfeld. The one liner is near the end worth the price of admission.
The rest of the movie was not up to billing, maybe over hyped.
Looking forward to seeing the Gangster heard it is awesome. With that cast and story how can it miss
Who knew Jerry Seinfeld could be so sexy?
