Celeb salaries revealed

Jennifer Aniston made $27 million last year, according to Parade magazine, from projects such as the films He’s Just Not that Into You, Marley and Me and a guest role on comedy television series 30 Rock. She took in the same amount the year before, out-earning Angelina Jolie (who made $14 million) by a landslide. Musical power duo Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles also racked up a huge sum of cash in 2008, with Jay-Z at $82 million and his wife Knowles at $80 million. Tied at at whopping $125 million were Tiger Woods, Tyler Perry (known for his “Madea” movies), and governor Sarah Palin. Baseball star Alex Rodriguez banked $34 million, while funnyman Will Ferrell made $31 million. Talk show host Kelly Ripa made $8 million, 30 Rock star Tina Fey made 4.6 million, and Patrick Dempsey took home a $3.5 million paycheck for Grey’s Anatomy. But who was the top-grossing star last year, leaving all the other contenders in the dust? Barbie. Having just celebrated her 50th birthday, she shot past the “real” people with 3.3 billion dollars. ~Meryl H.

$27 million for two movies, Nobody is worth that much money,No wonder movie prices keep increasing we have to pay these ridiculous salaries. Lets face it people, there the same as us but were able to hit the jackpot and live the high life. Am I jealous you bet I am.
mary “am i jealous you bet i am” lol. that was pretty funny. but, as far as im concerned, THATS whats happening to the economy. hard working people that actually WORK instead of just playing house (pretending) for the rest of our lives make nothing, meanwhile these people who just pretend to be something they are not (characters) make all this money? its crazy.
I agree, Mary and mandee. JayZ and Beyonce brought in $162 million! And Tiger Woods, $125 million…to play games of golf!! Yet, our men and women who are in the military…well, you know. Doesn’t make sense at all.
