Shia LaBeoufMisdemeanor trespassing charges have been dropped against Transformers actor Shia LaBeouf. LaBeouf was arrested last month at a Chicago Walgreens after allegedly refusing to leave the store. The hearing, held in a Chicago courtroom, was short, with prosecutors saying they had received a letter from the drug store company declining to pursue the matter. LaBeouf, who was present with his lawyers, smiled when told he would not be prosecuted and left through a back door without making a comment. The 21-year-old next stars opposite Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
