Chris Brown pulled from TV spots

In the aftermath of his alleged vicious beating of girlfriend Rihanna, Chris Brown has been dropped by Wrigley’s Doublemint Gum. As well, Sesame Street said it would drop any future re-broadcasts of Brown’s 2007 appearance on the show. Brown’s Got Milk? series was scheduled to end this week, and producers say they’re taking the allegations made against him “very seriously.” WAKS FM 96.5 in Cleveland has announced that all songs by Brown have been yanked from their playlist after they received numerous calls from outraged listeners asking why they were still playing his songs. Program director Bo Matthews said, “It appears that Chris has made some poor choices, we are following the lead of our listeners, and we will not be supporting Chris Brown on 96.5 Kiss FM in Cleveland until the alleged situation gets resolved.” Brown himself has cancelled a number of events he was scheduled to attend in Phoenix this weekend. Meanwhile, the rented Lamborghini that he left at the scene of the beating sits in a police impound lot. Brown is paying $2,000 a day on rental fees and as a part of the evidence in the case, it doesn’t look like he’ll be getting the car back anytime soon.
though i like his music…i think all music stations shouldn’t play his songs until everything’s clear. i respect through what he has done with his career, but through his personalities, his ego got the best of him.
wow, i think he completely deserves everything he gets. why support someone who thinks abuse is ok?

Ok Max…you asked for it! First of all, YOU are the only one who has mentioned her giving Chris herpes…haven’t heard that one from anyone else!! Now, “innocent until proven guilty”…well, Chris was in the car and Rihanna was in the car…she comes out bloody, bruised, bitten AND unconscious (yes, the media is now reporting that he choked her until she was unconscious), hmmm…I wonder if she did it to herself???

Now, Max…I’d like to know where you heard that she started it (and it doesn’t matter even if she did..cause he still had no right), but I’d really like to know where you heard that because I’ve been hearing through the media that Chris was jealous of her paying attention to Timbaland at Clive’s party and that she found his ex’s phone # on his cell, they argued, he pulled the car over, she threw the keys out the window…probably while he was beating her..then he supposedly told her he was going to k!ll her and choked her…that’s what I “heard”. But none of it matters to me, all that matters is that he beat her and there’s no excuse Max…NO EXCUSE!
So wait the herpes things is all gossip just like what your reporting about the beating, choking, and now she was unconscious etc..see the problem with women like you is he’s guilty only bc it was reported as domesic assualt no other reaosn, no police reports have been released..NOTHING these bit marks, brusies etc all came from someone wanting there name in a ppaper with the “inside info”

let me ask you this nancy how would you have felt if the situation was completly reversed, and he had a few marks on him, and the story came out he was cheating on her and gave her herpes….and your true view not a political view.
Well Max, I am the one who said that she probably threw the keys out the window when he hit her. If the situation was reversed, I’d be saying the same thing…it doesn’t matter WHO started it or WHAT it started over, there should not have been a beating. I’ll say the same to you that I say to my son…it takes a “real man” to walk away.

explain why someone would LEAN in closer to get keys while she’s getting beaten, wouldn’t she try to excape and get away not get closer?

I’m sure more will come out of this then she just sat there like a poor creature well scary man beat her…but you seem to see it as completly one side were you beaten before, left disfigured from it, nightmares awake you from past horror.

And, I never said she sat there “like a poor creature”, I said TO ME, it doesn’t matter WHAT she did..it didn’t require a beating, and yes, I said “beating”..because that is what you call it when someone leaves bruises all over ones face with a bloody nose and a busted lip, and bite marks on their arms and fingers. It’s not like it was just a little slap or a push as in self defense, Max. Stop making excuses for your fellow “woman beaters”!!

see a 120lb girl punches a guy very little evideance of a mark left , now a 220lb guy punches a girl allot of damage so are you taking only the physical damage to determine who beat who?

Nancy made it quite clear that it is never right to beat someone, regardless of the gender of the one being beaten, or the one doing the beating. Max keeps trying to make excuses for Chris’s actions. That makes Max as big a stupid turd as Chris.
