Dragonball Evolution Trailer

The new full length Dragonball Evolution trailer is now online. Based on the hit comic by Akira Toriyama, Dragonball Evolution is the story of young Goku’s (Justin Chatwin) quest to find seven mystical Dragon Balls, and stopping Piccolo from taking over the world.

   Prepare for the butchering of a childhood memory. Not that the show was the greatest thing ever made. But this is just the cruel destruction of it’s history. Was everyone connected to this on drugs?

   holy flippin bird!!! wut the hell is this!? wut the hell is this!? this is the stupidest thing i’ve ever seen. who the hell came up with the bright idea of making this movie? and to make it within the 21 st century!? last i checked the dragon ball series was more in a post apocolyptic era, this is jus pure trash, no way i’m seeing this. will probably just sneak in and ruin it for everyone. garbage

   So, after watching Speed Racer, The Ring, THe Grudge, One Missed Call, etc. you would’ve thought people would learn. Americans cannot remake Japanese film/Anime. I admit, the Dragon Ball series isn’t the greatest series on Earth, it was just the coolest thing ever for kids that watched it. And, now. Well. … This. Honestly, there’s no spandex, no jump suits, no spikey hair. I think I’m going to have to pass on this, because even just /thinking/ about this is depressing me. I sense Akira Toriyama’s weeping over his creation somewhere.

   I agree with everyone here. Me thinks if hollywood decides to remake AKIRA or ghost in the shell…then I WILL give up on hollywood ever making something good.

   OMG! Suneagle’s is now really *Sigh*…. Forget it I’m stumped for words man this sux… First Street Fighter now this… OH man Someone plz tell me why the director would choose this Era 21st cent, & not the Era it was born in wich would of at the very least attracted some Hope.. Man IDIOTS!!!!!

   By the way, Kevin, sweetie, there have been talks about Steven Spielberg producing a Ghost in the Shell re-make. Nothing comfirmed, but it’s likely to happy.
