Drew Barrymore says “so-long” to Justin Long

Just when you think there’s one couple who will finally make it in Hollywood, Drew Barrymore, 33, and her boyfriend of one year, 30-year-old Justin Long, break up. Barrymore’s spokesperson confirmed to People magazine that the couple split, but gave no details. The couple, who costar together in the upcoming He’s Just Not That Into You, began dating in August and by November were already a serious pair, spending the holidays with each other and appearing locked at the hip. Barrymore was quoted in Vogue magazine saying of her relationship; “My cheeks hurt, I’m so happy.” Both Barrymore and Long are currently in Michigan filming separate projects.

   ahaha! She’s better off. I read a long time ago that he had ditched his ex-girlfriend because he was becoming too famous and didn’t want to be with her anymore. Ever since I read that, I haven’t liked him much.

   That’s too bad, they look like a good couple, but apparently it wasn’t meant to be. At least they figured it out before walking down the isle or having kids.
