George Clooney protective of co-star

George Clooney, 48, gave dating advice to his 24-year-old co-star, Anna Kendrick, on the set of their film, Up in the Air. Kendrick, who plays Jessica in The Twilight Saga: New Moon, confessed that Clooney was like a big brother to her. “He had rules for me about dating and stuff. It was really sweet. It’s funny, actually. A friend of his that was his age was dating somebody younger than me. He thought that was fine. I was like, ‘What would you say to me if I were dating somebody your age?’ He said, ‘Oh no, absolutely not,” she revealed. The young actress added that one of her favorite scenes from the film is when her character spills her feelings about Clooney’s character’s past relationships. She loved yelling and screaming at him like a 12-year-old. “It’s like every ex-boyfriend I have ever had in the form of George Clooney on a boardwalk. It was a lot of fun,” she said of the scene. Up in the Air opens in theaters on December 25.
