Hannah Montana fans sue website

Thousands of fans who joined the Miley Cyrus Fan club website for $29.95 are now suing because they weren’t able to get seats for the current Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus concert tour, even though the membership promises them priority ticket booking. Cyrus is the star of the Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana hit TV show. Her concerts have been selling out across North America, with scalpers buying the tickets online with special programs and then charging more than ten times what they paid for them. (The U.S. price is $28.75 to $68.75: scalpers are charging up to $900 per ticket.) Named in the lawsuit as defendants are Interactive Media Marketing Inc. and Smiley Miley Inc.

   Can’t say I blame them. When you’re promised priority booking privileges to the hottest tour of the year, only to wind up at the mercy of some shady, unscrupulous scalper, it changes your entire view of Humanity.

    I AM SORRY BUT I CANT TAKE IT I CRY EVERY NIGHT KNOWING I AM NEVER GOING TO ACTUALLY SE HANNAH MONTANA LIVE AND THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TICKETS IT MAKES ME WANT TO PUKE KNOWING THE GO FOR 20000 ON E-BAY!
