Woman sues Bill Cosby, claiming he molested her at 15

Bill CosbyYet another woman has come forward with accusations against entertainer Bill Cosby, 77—however, the most recent woman has launched a lawsuit as well. On Tuesday in Los Angeles, Judith Huth, 55, filed a suit against Cosby claiming that in 1974 he assaulted her in a bedroom at the Playboy Mansion when she was 15 years old. Huth is suing Cosby for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

In the court documents obtained by E! News, Huth described meeting Cosby with her friend at a film shoot in San Marino, California. The following weekend the three of them met at a tennis club where Cosby invited them back to his home and served them alcoholic beverages. He created a game that whenever he won a game of billiards they would have to drink a beer. Afterwards he led them to the Playboy Mansion and instructed them to say they were 19 if if anyone asked their age.

According to the documents, “While at the Playboy Mansion, Plaintiff told Cosby that she needed to use the bathroom. Cosby directed her to a bathroom within a bedroom suite near the game room. When Plaintiff emerged from the bathroom, she found Cosby sitting on the bed.” It continued, “[Cosby] asked her to sit beside him. He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”

Huth asserted that this “traumatic incident, [occurring] at such a tender age, has caused [her] psychological damage and mental anguish” that has affected her throughout her life. ~Janine Wyslobicky

Lock this sickening old pervert away for the rest of his worthless life. Can’t imagine something like that crawling all over me. Gag.
Nothing funny about this pathetic excuse for a human being.
He’s ruined a lot of lives.

Someone like Bill Crosby who was famous and well liked who would do such a thing is real sick. He is a serial rapist of the worst kind. I have lost respect for Whoopi Goldberg and Jill Scott, who stand behind him. Even if he did only one or two people that’s bad,and I can understand no one really believing Crosby would do such a thing especially when he was very famous and likable at the time, but over twenty have come forward and these women,Goldberg and Scott claim there is no proof, come on give me a break. He should be put away. As far as those who continue to support him or pay to see him all I can say is obviously you have never been raped and do not care about those who have been so that tells me something about you. Your moral standard is low. Anything I have of Bill Crosby is going in the garbage and not one more cent will I spend on him. Also I am not going to watch the View that Goldlberg is on. Does she also believe OJ did not kill his wife?

Man look at you guys, believe everything you read do you? Shows your lack of intelligence.

Nobody else is wondering why a 15 year old is even at the playboy mansion to begin with?

    I agree with Jordan.
The comments from BM ‘that he should be put away’ without proof shows a lack of intelligence.
I agree that a 15 year old girl (perhaps almost 16 which is the typical legal age of consent ?) wanting to go to a party at the Playboy mansion in the first place, already indicates that the teenager already had certain personality traits and hobbies (unlikely to have been a virgin at the time). It also indicates that she was relatively free from parental control at the time. After all this time, she is likely just looking for money now.

I have always believed that a person is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, withouit any doubt. What is happening to society today when they automatically condemn someone without proof? Stop turning on people who stand beside another in a time of crisis. Also, what is wrong with these individuals who wait 40 years to bring something like this forward. If it affected you at all, you would have done something about it at the time it happened or very shortly afterwards. Where was your family, allowing you to roam about at 15 yrs old. I am not saying Bill Cosby is innocent, but I will not condemn him on their say so. Maybe it is all about fame and money.
