Early box office for Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull shows an estimated $26 million (all figures US) for the Thursday opening. Box-office forecasters are predicting a huge weekend for the film, with grosses of up to $173 million. Obviously the film will be a huge monetary hit, but is it any good? Critics give it a 79% approval rate at Rottentomatoes.com, but does it live up to viewers’ expectations? So far, Tribute viewers have rated the movie 3 stars out of 5, and early user reviews show a mixed bag of comments, ranging from “Incredible film, all the magic of the original series,” to “I wait 19 years for another indiana jones, and it wasn’t all that good. Mostly thanks to that shia labooof kid, he was horrible…” Are you going to see the film this weekend? If you have seen it, click here to rate the film and/or tell us what you thought of it.
Should be good. Seeing it tonight
Don’t know when I get a chance to see it, but I can’t wait!
going on monday!! and it’s cool because I just watched the other ones for the first time a few days ago. So its still all new to me. I am almost 30, but had never seen them…
funny i loved it
It was good….for what Spielberg had to work with!…an aged Harrison Ford and no Sean Connery….it was a good movie!…but not Holy Grail!
thats too bad
i was hoping for a really great movie
especially from spielberg
well i should of known since sequels are always bad
but then again STEVEN SPIELBERG directed this!!
i havnt seen it yet but im still gonna go see it
these r ur opinions not mine, maybe i’ll enjoy it
they shoudn’t even to make another IJ film at least recast harrison ford he is 65 year old man who past his time should retire and shia labeof please!!! for God sake Spielberg are and George lucas on crack!!!!!
i ment are you and lucas crack
Yes we are crack!! back to back boy!
I loved this film and all who acted in it were good for thier parts.Harrison Ford did all his own stunts also and i would love to see anybody in the “non acting realm” attempt some of the things he did.Age is only a number and give Shia Leboeuf some credit,he still has many years to improve and i believe he will be big down the road and not have to always rely on his “heart throb status” for long.
I haven’t seen the movie yet but I do agree that harrison ford is a little too old but you have to give him credit for trying and shia is awesome so screw whoever said that he’s horrible he probably is putting some comedy into the movie and he is a good actor and he’s only gonna get better with time.
