Judge Sides with J.Lo

Jennifer Lopez has won her case against her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, who wanted to unveil home videos that the two recorded together. Judge James Chalfant officially forbid Noa to distribute the footage, stating, “They may not publish it for any reason. Anywhere, anytime, anyhow…without further court order. If they do, they go to jail.” For now, the decision is only a temporary injunction, but Lopez and her attorney expect to return to court to obtain a permanent injunction. Despite rumors that Lopez would be seen nude in the videos, her attorney clarified, “It’s private and personal, but it wasn’t a sex tape. They are innocent and they have been misrepresented.” Lopez and Noa were married for less than a year and divorced in 1998. ~Audrey Gélinas

Right. If it so innocent then why is she fighting so hard to keep it private, and why are the consequences so sever if they are aired.

It’s none of our business what’s on the tape at the time it was between a husband and wife. Now the low life wants to make money off his ex. Go figure.

blaise, when the ONLY THING these people have that is considered “PRIVATE” is their home life, why SHOULDNT she “fight so hard to keep it private”??? do you think that as an actress/singer jlo isnt entitled to moments away from the eyes of complete strangers?
