Naveen Andrews, who plays Sayid on ABC’s hit series Lost, has been granted sole custody of the son he shares with actress Elena Eustache. The British actor claims Eustache took his three-year-old son Naveen Joshua out of Los Angeles County without permission and had denied him access. A judge granted Andrews, 39, sole custody until a full hearing can be held, which is scheduled for next month. Andrews and/or his longtime girlfriend, Barbara Hershey, 60, will now be able to take the toddler with them to Hawaii where Lost is filmed. Andrews and Hershey have been dating since 1998, but split briefly in 2005, during which time he had an affair that produced his son. Eustache told TMZ after the hearing she was upset with the verdict, saying: “I can’t believe celebrities and their money. They always get what they want.” Andrews also has a 16-year-old son back in England with another former girlfriend, Geraldine Feakins, who was his high school math teacher.
