No Country for Old Men won Best Picture, Best Ensemble Cast and Best Supporting Actor (Javier Bardem) at last night’s Screen Actors Guild Awards. Daniel Day-Lewis won Best Male Actor for his work in There Will Be Blood, and dedicated his award to the late Heath Ledger, praising his acting in Monster’s Ball and null. Best Female Actor went to Julie Christie, for her work in the Canadian film Away From Her. The biggest upset of the night was when American Gangster star Ruby Dee beat out Cate Blanchett (I’m Not There) for Best Supporting Actress.
I loved all the winners i just dont understand how Ruby Dee won when she was hardly in the movie, her role was nothing special.
AMAZING actor! Love him in everything he does. Congrats!
Like Chris, I can’t believe Blanchett didn’t win for I’M NOT THERE — it’s arguably his finest performance to date.
Who cares about Mel B’s legs?
Congrats to all the winners.
Get over it, Anonymous!! LMFAO
Yeah, get over it anonymous, that’s not really Karen anyway, you can tell by the style of the wording.
What do you mean?
style of the wording – pretty straight forward; writes a certain way that identifies her. DUH!!!
