Paris Hilton is set to appear in court on May 4 to find out if she’s going to jail. Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol related reckless driving in January and was sentenced to 36 months probation.
However, she was then arrested in February for misdemeanor driving with a suspended license. Prosecutors say that was a violation of her probation. If her probation is revoked, Paris may have to serve a 90 day jail sentence.
