Tyrone Power

Hollywood matinee idol Tyrone Power was working on Solomon and Sheba and was filming a dueling scene when he suffered a heart attack and collapsed. He had already filmed 75 per cent of his films and his wife had asked him to take it easy because she was worried about his health. He died on the way to the hospital. He was just 44 years old. His son, Tyrone Power IV, was born a few months after his death.
