Winona Ryder

Winona Ryder has an acting career that would impress anyone. Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, The Age of Innocence (for which she received an Oscar nomination and won a Golden Globe), and Little Women, for which she received her second Oscar nomination. But she also has a rap sheet. In 2001, in a Beverly Hills Saks Fifth Avenue department store, Winona took $5,500.00 worth of designer merchandise without paying for it and was convicted of shoplifting, grand theft and vandalism. Because she was active in charitable work, her lawyer was able to get a reduced sentence. She was given a fine, probation and community service.
