Runaway Bride

Ike (Richard Gere), a columnist in New York is given the task of writing an in-depth article about Maggie (Julia Roberts), the notorious “Runaway Bride.” Maggie works with him, only to come to the realization that, as she puts it, “I’m profoundly and irreversibly screwed up.” We’ve all been there, Maggie, we’ve all been there. Maybe not running away at the altar, per se, but we’ve been there.
