Director Tyler Perry’s $25 million palatial mansion in Buckhead, Atlanta is perched atop 17 acres of land with views of the 430-mile-long Chattahoochee River. The 34,688 square foot home features seven bedrooms and 14 baths, a two-story library, stately formal rooms, resort-style infinity pool, lighted tennis court on top of a two-story parking garage, a gym, spa, theater and an underground ballroom with catering kitchen. There are both formal and informal gardens, an entire estate generator, guard house, caretaker’s suite and presidential-level security system including two gated and secured residential entrances. Tyler's colossal French provincial mansion has been host to many notable figures, including President Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey.
