Tom Cruise – Collateral

Throughout his illustrious career as an actor, Tom Cruise has typically played the hero in a film and that is something audiences have come to expect from him. So when Michael Mann made the bold choice to cast the action star as the main antagonist opposite Jamie Foxx in Collateral, audiences weren’t quite sure what to expect. In typical fashion Cruise brought his usual charisma to his role, but at the same time it felt odd being so enraptured by a character that was so clearly a bad guy. Much like Jamie Foxx's character, audiences were just caught up in his mission and went along for quite the thrill ride.
