Nicole Kidman – Panic Room

Physical injuries are another reality some actors have to deal with. Through no fault of her own, Nicole Kidman tried to work through an injury she sustained during filming of Moulin Rouge while on the set of David Fincher's Panic Room. However, after 18 days of filming, the injury became unmanageable for the actress, forcing her to withdraw and be replaced by Jodie Foster. Kidman does in fact still appear in the film in the form of a cameo as the voice of Stephen Altman's girlfriend.
