BlacKkKlansman (2018)

Spike Lee's most recent joint, BlacKkKlansman, was more than just a return to form for the storied director, but also a curious look at one of the most surprising infiltrations into the Ku Klux Klan. Based on the accounts of real-life Colorado Springs cop Ron Stallworth, the film follows his successful infiltration into the KKK, using one of his colleagues as a surrogate. Although there are many elements in the film that are fictitious, much of the film did happen as it was portrayed, including the infamous photo of Stallworth shaking hands with KKK leader David Duke.
