English model-turned-actor Cara Delevingne had quite the run in the middle of this past decade, landing the leading role in the young adult novel adaptation Paper Towns, joining the ensemble cast of the DC Comics film Suicide Squad and co-starring in director Luc Besson's comic adaptation Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. For an actor her age it was an enviable start to a film career, though none of the projects seem to have panned out well for her. Paper Towns has since been forgotten, she was overshadowed by bigger stars in Suicide Squad, and Valerian flopped at the box office. Although she’s young enough to turn it around, she's recently gone the TV route by starring opposite Orlando Bloom on the Prime series Carnival Row
